FabFlow was born on the shop floor — not in a Silicon Valley boardroom. We know what it’s like to track work orders on a whiteboard, lose a quote in an email thread, or spend Friday afternoon chasing missing MTRs. We built FabFlow because fabrication shops deserve software that understands their world.
To give every fabrication shop — from three-person job shops to multi-location manufacturers — the tools to run smarter, quote faster, and deliver with confidence.
Our Story
FabFlow started in 2022 when our founder, a second-generation fabricator, grew frustrated with the MRP options on the market. They were either bloated ERP systems designed for Fortune 500 manufacturers (priced accordingly) or generic project management tools that didn’t understand the difference between a weldment and an assembly. There was nothing in between.
We assembled a team that bridged both worlds: fabrication veterans who had spent decades on the shop floor, and software engineers who knew how to build cloud-native platforms that are fast, reliable, and genuinely easy to use. The result is an MRP platform that speaks the language of fab shops — work orders, heat numbers, NCRs, MTRs, nesting layouts — without the overhead of legacy systems.
Today, FabFlow serves hundreds of fabrication shops across the United States and Canada, helping them reduce quoting time by up to 60%, cut material waste, and deliver on time with full traceability.
Our Mission
We believe the backbone of the manufacturing economy — the job shops and custom fabricators — has been underserved by software for too long. Our mission is to close that gap. We’re building the MRP platform that fabrication shops actually want to use: intuitive enough that a welder can clock in and view work orders on a tablet, powerful enough that the shop owner can see margin on every job in real time.
We measure our success by the success of the shops we serve. Every feature we ship starts with a conversation on a real shop floor. We don’t build features for a roadmap slide deck — we build them because a shop owner told us, “I need this.”
Leadership
Our team combines deep manufacturing expertise with world-class software engineering. We’ve worked on the shop floor and shipped at scale.

Built by Fabricators, for Fabricators
We don’t just understand the fabrication industry — we’ve lived it. Our team has collectively spent over 60 years on shop floors, in inspection bays, and behind quoting desks. We know what a plasma table sounds like at 6 AM and what it feels like when a customer changes a PO quantity on Friday afternoon. That experience shapes every decision we make. If you’re running a fabrication shop, we built FabFlow for you.
