  • Shop Data: Work orders, quotes, material inventory, customer lists, part specifications, time-clock records, and quality documents you enter into the platform.
  • Usage Data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage patterns collected automatically when you interact with the Service.
  • Support Communications: Messages, attachments, and any information you share when contacting our support team.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the FabFlow platform and its features.
  • Process your subscriptions and send transactional communications.

5. Data Retention

We retain your shop data for as long as your account remains active. Upon account termination, we will retain your data for 30 days (during which you may request a full export), after which it is securely deleted from our active systems. Backups may retain data for up to 90 additional days before being purged.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. You may also have the right to restrict or object to certain processing activities. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@fabflowpro.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

FabFlow uses essential cookies required for the platform to function (authentication, session management, and security). We may also use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
